Its 2 companies focus on centering machine processing, production of precision non-standard parts, and has advanced imported equipment from Japan: STAR and Tsugami 5-9 axis centering machine, Citizen lathe, machining center and other equipment. The machine has the function of six-axis turning processing, which can complete drilling, turning, milling, tapping, boring, reaming, hobbing, shaping, etc. at one time, which can ensure the high precision, consistency and stable tolerance of shape of the parts. And according to the customer's needs, the power cutting tool function module with front and side milling function can be installed to complete the precision machining of complex shaft parts.

Q1: Are you direct manufacturer or trade company ?

Q2: How can I get a quote?
A2: Detailed drawings (PDF/STEP/IGS/DWG...) with material, quantity and surface treatment information.
Q3: Can I get a quote without drawings?
A3: Sure, we appreciate to receive your samples, pictures or drafts with detailed dimensions for accurate quotation.
Q4: Did you pass ISO certification?
A4: We passed ISO 9001, IATF16949 certification. Also passed SGS certification.
Q5: How long can I get a quote after sending drawing?
A5: Usually within 12 hours for common parts. If complex parts, Please send 3D file, We will reply to you within 24 hours.
Q6: Can you sign NDA?
A6: Yes, We can sign NDA to keep your drawing and design to secret.
Q7: How about the lead time for sample and mass production?
A7: Generally, 1-2 weeks for samples, 3-4 weeks for mass production.
Q8: How can I know the production process without visiting the factory?
A8: You can watch videos on line by phone. And usually we will offer detailed production schedule. with digital pictures and videos which show the machining progress.
Q9: How to ensure products quality?
A9: We strictly do IQC, PQC, 100% FQC inspection before surface finish, Last FQC 100% inspection after surface finish before delivery. Also we can provide QC sheet and material SGS report for every delivery by mail or as you need.
Q10: How can I get products package information when delivery?
A10: We will take package pictures to you and tell you tracking number at the first time, Then we will continue to follow up until you received package.
