Stainless steel pneumatic quick coupling is a kind of connecting parts mainly used for air piping and pneumatic tools, which can realize the quick connecting or disconnecting of pipeline without tools.
Structure composition:
Main material: made of stainless steel, common models are 304, 316, 316L and so on. These stainless steel materials have good corrosion resistance, strength and toughness, and can adapt to a variety of harsh operating environments, such as high temperature, high pressure, moisture, corrosion and so on.
Internal components: including springs, gaskets, seals, stainless steel circlips and so on. The spring plays the role of pushing and resetting to ensure the normal operation of the connector when connecting and disconnecting; the gasket and sealing ring are used to ensure the sealing of the connection to prevent the leakage of gases or liquids; the stainless steel circlip is used to fix the connection of the sub-body and the mother body to make the connection firm.
Working Principle: According to the different structure, stainless steel pneumatic quick coupling is mainly divided into three types: two-end open and closed type, two-end open type and one-way open and closed type:
Two ends open and closed type: when not connected, the collar of the mother body moves to the other end, the stainless steel bead rolls outward automatically, the sub-body is disconnected due to the action of the common valve spring force of the mother and the sub-body, and the valves of the sub-body and the mother body are each closed, blocking the flow of fluids. When the sub-body is inserted into the mother, the collar returns to its original position under the action of the spring, the steel bead rolls to lock the sub-body tightly connected, while the mother and the sub-body of the valve to promote each other to open, the fluid can flow.
Open both ends: When not connected, the collar of the mother body is pushed to the other end, the steel ball rolls outward automatically, the sub-body is moved out, and the fluid flows outward due to the absence of valves in both the sub-body and the mother body. When connecting, the sub-body is inserted into the parent body, the collar is pushed to the previous position by the force of the spring to lock the steel ball, and the fluid starts to flow.
Single-channel open and close type: When not connected, the collar of the parent body moves to the other end, the stainless steel bead rolls outward automatically, the sub-body is bounced by the reaction force of the valve spring, and the valve closes automatically to block the flow of fluid. When connected, the sub-body is inserted into the side of the female body with the collar, the valve is opened and the fluid flows.

In terms of specifications, they are usually divided according to the size of the pipe diameter, and the common pipe diameters are 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm and so on.
