Friction line umbrella gear sprocket is a kind of mechanical component which plays a key role in friction line conveying system. I. Structural Characteristics Friction line sprocket usually consists of bevel gears and sprockets. The design of the bevel gear enables the power to be transmitted at a specific angle, realizing the power transmission between axes in different directions. The sprocket part then cooperates with the chain to drive the operation of the whole system through the movement of the chain. II. Working Principle In the friction line system, the power source drives the bevel gear sprocket to rotate. The bevel gear transmits the power to the sprocket, which then moves the chain on the track by meshing with the chain. Various workpieces or articles can be loaded on the chain to realize material conveying. Efficient transmission: it can accurately and stably transmit power and improve production efficiency. Flexible angle: the existence of bevel gear makes the power transmission possible at different angles, adapting to various complex layout requirements.
